Clean, staff friendly...I was upset about the pool not working but thet are repairing the roof other than that all good

The restroom was dirty there was no shampoo other than that everything's okay toilets are terrible too small
ROOMS ARE SHABBY, LOTS OF MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO BE DONE BATHROOM WALLS ARE NOT BEING CLEANED, CARPET IN ROOM IS BLACK/Dirty, commode rocks, swimming pool is out of service and covered in July. Furniture is dirty in room. Air conditioning not the best. After reading reviews pool has been closed for years but is still part of the amenities and pictures for this establishment on all booking sites. Picture of filthy carpet in room.
Bernie outside the place looks very nice. When to the Room carpet toward dirty bathroom sink was cracked fours were not very clean very disappointing
