Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Most important the bed (mattress) was very comfortable. We always try to find a Hampton Inn while traveling, they are consistently worth the price.
TV not working right, old linens, bathroom smells funky. The staff was wonderful. Wouldn’t stay here again. Hampton’s used to be nice, I think we will stick to another chain.
The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and orderly and the staff was very helpful (got an upgrade durring a slow night!!). The warm breakfast the next morning wasn't spectacular, but filed me up for my day all the same. Would stay there again.
The rooms were clean and well appointed. The check in procedure was efficient using the app. The room had all feather pillows which I am allergic to, but I had forgotten to mention it. The person at the desk brought hypoallergenic replacements quickly. Everyone was friendly.
The pool was FREEZING! So cold that my daughter was shivering instantly and I couldn't get in past my waist. We are from the central coast of CA, so the ocean we are used to is COLD, but not as cold as this pool. It bummed us out because stopping at hotels and swimming in the pools really helped break up the road trip for our 3 year old.
The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good (normal Hampton Inn breakfast). The decor and overall feel of the hotel is really dark compared to other Hampton Inns, but not a big deal if you're staying short term.
