If I had written this last night it would have been 5 stars. The room was lovely, comfy bed, and convenient location off interstate 40. We travel for work and after many weeks on the road were looking forward to a tranquil stay.
When we informed the front desk we were upset and felt our privacy had been invaded she asked what we wanted her to do about it and gave us the option to move rooms. With an hour until checkout it was an absurd offer. We left not feeling heard, not understood, and completely grossed out. The facility may be nice but the staff was very disrespectful. Enjoy the pretty rooms, but definitely be sure to lock down your valuables, even for short trips to the ice machine or breakfast!
Beautiful rooms with modern decor! Very clean, large suites. Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Elk City Oklahoma.
I have not stayed at a Best Western in years because I thought they were old and dirty, but I really enjoyed my stay here! ! The room was very clean the hotel was quiet and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. This Best Western had changed my opinion about their hotels and I felt like I got more for my money here.
We put the "do not disturb" sign on the door when we left for a quick breakfast and were appalled to find a housekeeper in the room when we returned. We had left our computers, jewelry and other personal effects out so we could shower, finish getting dressed and get back on the road after breakfast. I would NEVER leave these items out if I knew the room would be entered.
The facilities are very nice and the staff even nicer. We had car issues and they volunteered to take us any where we needed to go. After our stay, we began seeking Best Westerns to book for the rest of our trip.
The woman had moved the do not disturb sign to the inside of the door, so she clearly saw it. She had body odor that lingered in the room after we finally got her to leave, which killed any chance of one last snuggle before another long day of driving.
