Not impressed at all. Sales people are not polite. Service dept polite but not thorough and take FOREVER. Brought my car for a recall and waited 2 hours for something I was told would take 30-40 minutes. The second time I went I called ahead to check on a warranty for a replacement lid for my console. I described a rip in the leather, exactly where it was and how big. I even offered to send pictur a to be sure. I was told it would be covered and a new one would be ordered. 2 weeks later I make a 30 minute trip specifically to get it replaced to find out that warranty will not cover it and it would cost $207. Needless to say next time I was drive the extra hour to OKC to get better service at Fenton. Smith Family Nissan won't get my business ever again.

I was vehicle shopping with my brother. He found one he liked. They were very encouraging about selling a vehicle my brother was interested in. He told them he had a couple vehicles that he would be willing to trade if they were interested. He even came up with a co-signer just in case he needed it. The entire time the salesman seemed over eager and slightly desperate. Even told us they would take a loss because they haven't been making money. Everything seemed promising. Until the saleman came back out to us with a more expensive vehicle saying he could afford that one, makes no sense. They started pushing this vehicle he didn't want on him. We kept waiting to tell them he wasn't interested. When he went inside he caught four of the employees laughing at his trade ins. No wonder they aren't selling any vehicles. Their people are completely disrespectful, and try to force the customer into something they aren't comfortable with. I will not ever go back to that place and I will encourage others to avoid them also. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Great car but horrible service. I bought the car out of state and the windshield wipers stopped working. But that didn't bother me because i didn't expect the car to be perfect. I bought the car out of state. I had 30 days to register the car in Texas, but i can not register it without the paper work. They told me it would take three weeks. I was fine with that. Three weeks passed and nothing in the mail. I talk to them and then they tell me it typically arrives on the date the license plate expires. Guess what, it didn't come. Because of that, i have to pay big fees because they could not ship the mail in time. If you want to buy out of state, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Traveling a long distance in a rental car and had some minor issues in Elk City. Found Smith Family Nissan and the service department took care of the problem in just a few minutes. Very courteous and helpful. I appreciate your help so much. My own car is a Nissan Altima, and I have never had a bit of trouble with it, and love the dealership where it is serviced in TN. I was driving a Toyota, which Smith also services, and couldn't be more pleased with them. Too bad I live so far away or I would consider purchasing my next vehicle from them.

We had such a remarkable experience with Trevor and your service department on Dec 22, 2015 we have told this story to many friends....while backing out of a parking spot at the local Holiday Inn Express the concrete edging pulled the front bumper off our Audi A4 rendering it undriveable. The hotel called this dealer, who sent Trevor (it was just at closing time) who was able to get it put together just enough to drive to the dealership the following morning. They had it on the lift immediately and secured well enough to continue our trip (the bumper would ultimately need replacing). They had us on our way within 20 minutes. Excellent service. But here's the thing that really makes it a story worth repeating - there was no charge for any of this! Another dealer, even closer to the hotel, would not even get involved - because it was a 'foreign' car. We were especially grateful for the speedy and flexible service, but the 'no charge' was the frosting on the cake. Thank you all so much.
