Stopped here looking for a part for our Dometic fridge that mysteriously stopped working. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. This place has a ton of parts that you won't find anywhere else. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
We felt very blessed that we were in Elk City when we discovered our damaged roof, and that Elk City RV was available to do the repairs to get us back to California!
Excellent service! We needed an emergency major repair to our RV roof while on a cross country trip. We made arrangements on a Monday afternoon to bring the unit in early the next morning when they would have the necessary supplies ready to use. While waiting, the owners and staff could not have been nicer with their Southern hospitality!
Very helpful friendly staff. Very thankful they stayed late and waited on us to get there when we had a leak on our trailer. Thank you isn't enough. Our trailer was flooded and it was a simple part and they stayed there just so we didn't have to wait til the next day to get the part we needed.
Upon completion Dennis not only showed us the photos of repairs made, he sent them to us so we can show them to the company that had originally installed a new roof.
