I have a very unprofessional experience. I simply asked the young kid to wash off my floor mats, fine no problem, but apparently wasn't okay with the older gentlemen, who was very unprofessional like letting it be known. ALSO, was rude about me getting out of my truck when no signs were posted. They did however do a 50% job washing truck. It wasn't that dirty to start with. Extremely rude and mouthy and washed my truck as fast as he could and told me to get out. All this over me getting out my truck and exiting the bay out of their way and I wanted my floor mats rinced off.
First, let me say the young men there were very polite and addressed my concerns on the size of my vehicle (Dully ). Quoted me the price 1st very reasonable, well job done. Not sure if I was there very 1st customer, but I can Promise you this I won't be the last, see you guys next week =)
P.s those of you who own a dully, you know how hard an time consuming it is to wash one so let the crew at Alcorta's take the hassle off your hands. So Elk City, OK Lets keep our local businesses In BISSNESS!!!!!!!!!!!
