Editing this to add more details, after the pizza and service we got we wanted our money back but since the phones were down we couldn't reach anyone. So we drove to the store to ask for a refund. We asked for a manager and he just walks up front and says "we aren't taking orders right now" And turns to walk away. At which point we had to yell at him that we didn't want to place an order we wanted a refund. Que the 15 minute argument about getting my money back until finally the cashier opens the register and gives me my money back.
Ordered online via the mobile app, about 20 minutes later the app said the food is on the way. 20 minutes later still no food. 15 minutes later we call in and they said there was a slight issue but it is out with the driver now. 20 minutes later still nothing so we tried to call in again but now the phones just give a busy time. Tried to call multiple times over 20 minutes. Finally someone shows up, and hour and 30 minutes later, with our food! It's not Paula like the app said it would be but whatever. Except the food is cold, we are missing sauces, the seal on soda is already broken and one of the pizzas is completely wrong. Worst pizza experience I have ever had and I once got a pizza that made my vomit out of both ends for a week.
I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:12pm, it is now 7:37pm, it's a 6 min drive per Google.
