Under better management the facility has potential to be a good place; however the manager there now wasn't available when I needed her. She had gone to lunch and left her underage son to watch the place. He tried to help but didn't have the experience needed to rectify the problem, not his fault at least he tried. 90% of the machines are out of order and the rest either work poorly or eat your money. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. If I could give less then one star I would. Terrible place.
Terrible place. It was nasty. When i picked my clothes up charged me over a hundred dollars and they were still dirty. Like the didnt even wash them
The top load washers only fill partially with water. You can't wash more than a few items at a time. Most of the dryers are out of order. Too bad it's the only coin op laundromat in Elk City.
There are 2 laundromats in elk City as far as I know. The one across from sonic is out of business but it doesn't say that on the windows or doors. Then there is the one on broadway between Carl's Jr. and Braums. Looks like about 1/2 the washers are out of order and about 70% of the dryers are out of order. I have been told there is one I SAYRE but I don't know that. Will look for it next time I need to use one.
Poorly run business.. Smells strongly like black mold/mildew inside the building. Caution if you suffer breathing problems!!
Pricey and the staff displayed a fairly indifferent, verging on rude demeanor. Don't waste your time coming here.
