A large casket spread of carnations ordered for a funeral was supposed to be purple and white to honor the loved one. Instead it was pink, red, and purple. When one of the family members called to see if it could be quickly changed, the florist was incredibly rude, came to the church, argued with the children of the deceased, and did nothing to try to fix the problem. The family was left in tears.

Sometimes, when you have no forethought, if you connect with the right business, last minute ideas (or deadlines) can be pulled off. My one and only has a birthday. She lives two hours away and I'm hoping she has a real nice birthday then realize I have not done anything to contribute to her having a real nice birthday. Angst & panic. So.....got on the internet found and called Broadway Flowers with a last minute order and needed delivery within 30-45 minutes (she was at work and would get off soon). I wanted her to receive the flowers in front of co-workers so that she could gain their envy (disclaimer - they all love each other where she works) and convince them I'm actually a good feller. Kenny came through like a champ. Thank you Broadway Flowers!!! Well Done!!!
