Missed appointments in 2012 & 2013 (pregnant) and called in 2017 to make an appointment. They said I wasn't allowed to make any appointments since I missed a couple 5 years ago
They charged me fees for canceling appointments within 24 hours and when I asked the dates of the appointments they told me they were from 2013, from two years ago! Then I rescheduled my appt recently because I had to go out of town but I canceled it 4 days in advance and when I called back to reschedule it they said I wasn't allowed to make any more appointments and pretty much kicked me to the curb with a bad tooth that needed to be extracted!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
i would highly recommend the Nowlin clinic. The staff were all very kind and helpful and made a much dreaded appointment so much easier than I've ever experienced before. Everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Thank you Nowlin Clinic!
