But as a business owner myself, I feel obligated to do so. I have NEVER been spoken to so unprofessionally and rude to from not only a manager, but an ignorant owner who backed him up, when I am trying to give them business.
I am not the type of person to take time out of my day to place a review on a company, either positive or negative.
Either that or they simply need to understand how to run an effective business. I would not give nor recommend anyone to give business to any company so unappreciative.
I imagine they must be swimming in money to have the audacity to be rude to ANY customer, let alone someone offering no fight what-so-ever.
A simple question of "what do you charge to repair a big rig radiator" is not something you would expect to be hung up on for asking.
